This Privacy Policy explains how Gigaton, LLC ("Gigaton", "we", "us"), located at 4223 S 179th St, SeaTac, WA 98188, collects, uses, and shares personal information across our products — the Gigaton Suite, Booking Forms, artist sponsorships, Betty (web and Discord), and our public artist pages. It is the single, canonical policy for the Gigaton web business.

Information we collect

• Account information — email, name, authentication provider, and artist profiles you create.
• Content you provide — songs, setlists, shows, EPKs, marketing posts, documents, and chat messages to Betty.
• Music & audience data — metrics we retrieve from third-party music services to power Analytics and the Heat Map.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data — pages viewed and actions taken (only with your cookie consent), plus standard log data.

How we use your information

• To provide, secure, and improve the products.
• To power AI features (e.g. Betty, song and marketing assistance).
• To process payments and sponsorships.
• To measure how the product is used and where people get stuck (analytics), only with your consent.
• To communicate with you about your account and, where permitted, product updates.

Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site (for example, to keep you signed in). With your consent we also use product analytics (PostHog) to understand usage and improve the funnel. You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the cookie banner; if you reject, analytics are not loaded. We do not use analytics cookies before you consent.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with processors that help us operate:

• Google — Firebase (auth, database, storage) and Gemini/Vertex AI (Betty and AI features).
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• PostHog — product analytics (consent-gated).
• Loops — marketing email; email delivery providers for transactional email.
• Music & audience data — SongStats, Last.fm, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Bandsintown, and Ticketmaster, used to build your Analytics and Heat Map.
• Discord — if you use Betty on Discord or link your Discord account.

We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the products), on the basis of your consent (analytics and marketing), and for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the products.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use the data controls in your account settings where available, or contact us at support@gigaton.ai. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The products are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention & security

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the products and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
